Restroom Trailer Questions, Answered

Short answers to what people ask before they book. If your question is not here, call or text and we will answer it.

What exactly is a restroom trailer?

It is a trailer built as a set of real bathrooms. Inside are private rooms with flushing toilets, sinks with running water, mirrors, lighting, and A/C and heat. Guests use it the way they would use a restroom indoors, which is a very different experience from a portable toilet.

How many stalls should I plan for?

Start with your guest count. Our ratings are maximums at 1 bathroom per 50 guests: the Classic 2 handles up to 100, the Estate 3 and Metro 4 up to 150 each, the Signature 5 up to 250 and the Grand 10 up to 500. To avoid lines, plan on 1 bathroom per 25 guests. The sizing tool on our guide page does the math, or send us your numbers and we will size it for you.

What do I need to have on site?

A reasonably level spot that the delivery truck can reach, plus a standard outdoor outlet nearby. No outlet? Ask us about arranging a generator. The trailers carry fresh water on board, and for long events a garden hose connection keeps the tank filled. We go over your site with you before delivery.

Is there air conditioning?

In every unit. Each trailer has A/C and heat run by a smart thermostat, which matters a lot in South Florida.

Are delivery, setup and pickup part of the price?

Yes. Our crew delivers the trailer, levels it, sets it up and stocks it, then removes it after your event. Everything included is listed on your quote.

When should I reserve?

Once your date is set. Weekends from November through April are the busiest part of the South Florida event season and fill first. If your date is close, ask anyway and we will check what is open.

Which areas do you cover?

All three South Florida counties: Broward, Palm Beach and Miami-Dade. That includes Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens, West Palm Beach, Wellington, Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Weston, Miami, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Doral, Kendall and Homestead. If you are just outside that area, ask; we may still be able to deliver.

Will a trailer fit on my property?

The Classic 2 measures about 15 feet long with the tongue and 8 feet 8 inches wide, which suits most residential driveways. The larger units need more space; the Signature 5, for example, is 21 feet long with the tongue and 12 feet 4 inches wide with the stairs out. Send a photo of the spot with your quote request and we will check it.

What does a rental cost?

Price depends on the trailer, the date, the number of days and the delivery address. Enter your date and address online to see pricing, then send the request and we will confirm availability and your exact total. There is no obligation.

Can I keep a trailer for several days or longer?

Yes. We rent for multi-day events and for longer stretches on construction jobs, renovations and emergencies. Longer rentals include pump-outs and restocking on a set schedule.

Can someone stay with the trailer during the event?

You can request an attendant when you book. At weddings and large events, an attendant keeps the rooms tidy and the supplies full for the whole evening.

Are the trailers wheelchair accessible?

The trailers listed here have entry stairs. If any of your guests need an accessible restroom, mention it in your quote request so we can account for it in the plan.

What if it rains?

The trailer is fully enclosed, so weather does not affect anything inside. The part to plan is the walk: choose a spot on firm ground with a dry path to and from your tent.

How can I pay?

We take major credit cards and other common payment methods. The deposit and the payment schedule are spelled out on your quote.
