Hosting at home is generous, but a house with one or two bathrooms was not designed for a crowd. A restroom trailer outside gives guests their own place to go, so the line stays out of your hallway, the powder room stays tidy and your home plumbing is not carrying the load of an event. It suits birthdays, graduations, bar and bat mitzvahs, sweet sixteens, anniversaries, reunions and holiday gatherings.
The Classic 2 is a natural fit for a home. It is about 15 feet long with the tongue and 8 feet 8 inches wide, is rated for up to 100 guests, and inside it feels like a guest bath: shiplap walls, vinyl plank floors and a Bluetooth stereo. For bigger guest lists, the Estate 3 and Metro 4 are rated for up to 150.
Before we come out, walk the route from the street. Note gates, slopes, low branches and anything parked in the way, and send us a photo of the spot you have in mind. For power, a standard outdoor outlet within reach does the job, or we can arrange a generator. We deliver, level and stock the trailer ahead of the party and collect it afterward.

Only for power. A standard outdoor outlet within reach is enough, or we can arrange a generator. For a typical party the trailer runs on its own tanks: the Classic 2 carries 140 gallons of fresh water and has a 450-gallon waste tank, so nothing ties into your plumbing.
Close enough to reach an outdoor outlet, unless you use a generator, and on a reasonably level spot the truck can back into. A driveway or side yard usually works. Send us a photo with your quote request and we will tell you if it does.
